by placing a transitional shelter for the homeless, and taking the concept of realism and exposure, allowing for the public to come into first hand contact with the homeless, without having to approach and feel guilty or disgusted. Through the moderation of visibility, they will have increased encounters with each other which would build the familiarity and trust with each other, which would be unlikely if they were on the streets or placed in an enclosed shelter. The project would ultimately redefine the living conditions and redefine the encounters we have with the homeless.
